Job Summary:

a leading multispecialty hospital in Ranchi, is seeking a qualified Fetal Medicine Specialist to join our esteemed team. Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive prenatal assessments, including detailed ultrasounds, to diagnose fetal abnormalities and assess fetal well-being. Interpret prenatal diagnostic tests such as amniocentesis and chorionic villus sampling (CVS). Provide expert counseling to pregnant women and their families regarding fetal health concerns and management options. Collaborate with obstetricians, pediatricians, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for high-risk pregnancies. Perform minimally invasive fetal procedures, such as amniocentesis and cordocentesis, when medically necessary. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in fetal medicine technology and best practices. Participate in ongoing research and quality improvement initiatives within the department.

Qualifications: MD degree in Obstetrics & Gynaecology with a specialization in Fetal Medicine from a recognized institution. A valid National Medical Commision (NMC) registration. Minimum 0 to 20 years of experience in a clinical setting with expertise in fetal medicine. Strong diagnostic ultrasound skills and experience with a variety of prenatal assessment techniques. Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with pregnant women, their families, and other healthcare professionals.
