Job Summary: A hospital in Bengaluru is seeking a dedicated Nephrologist. The successful candidate will provide comprehensive care for patients with kidney diseases and related conditions, including dialysis, chronic kidney disease, and renal transplant. This role involves both inpatient and outpatient responsibilities, working closely with a multidisciplinary team to ensure high-quality patient care.

Key Responsibilities:
Diagnose and treat patients with kidney disorders and diseases, such as chronic kidney disease, acute renal failure, glomerulonephritis, and hypertension. Manage and coordinate patient care with other healthcare professionals, including primary care physicians, surgeons, dietitians, and social workers. Provide pre- and post-operative care for renal transplant patients. Oversee and manage dialysis treatments, ensuring patient safety and adherence to protocols. Educate patients and their families on kidney disease management, treatment options, and lifestyle modifications. Participate in hospital rounds, case conferences, and team meetings. Conduct and supervise diagnostic tests, including urinalysis, blood tests, and imaging studies. Maintain accurate and detailed patient records. Stay updated with the latest advancements in nephrology and participate in continuing medical education (CME) activities. Participate in research projects and clinical trials, if applicable. Adhere to all hospital policies, procedures, and regulatory guidelines.

Qualifications:
DM Or Dnb degree from an accredited medical school. Completion of a residency in Internal Medicine. Valid state medical license. Proven experience as a Nephrologist, preferably in a hospital setting. Strong clinical skills and ability to manage complex cases. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary team environment.
