Job Summary:
a well-established multispecialty hospital in Bengaluru, is seeking qualified Resident Medical Officers (RMOs) to join our team. We offer a comprehensive residency program that provides a strong foundation in patient care, clinical reasoning, and medical knowledge. As an RMO, you will play a vital role in supporting our team of experienced physicians and contributing to the well-being of our patients.

Responsibilities: Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations under the supervision of attending physicians. Collect patient histories, perform physical examinations, and order diagnostic tests. Assist with developing and implementing treatment plans for a variety of medical conditions. Participate in ward rounds, patient care conferences, and educational seminars. Perform procedures such as suturing, intravenous line insertions, and basic life support (BLS) as per training and competency. Document medical records accurately and efficiently. Maintain clear and effective communication with patients, families, nurses, and other healthcare professionals. Stay up-to-date with the latest medical advancements and best practices.

Qualifications: MBBS degree from a recognized medical college in India. Valid National Medical Commision (NMC) registration. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong teamwork and collaboration abilities. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. Commitment to patient-centered care and ethical medical practice. Local language fluency is preferred.
