Job Description:

Responsibilities:
Conduct comprehensive evaluations to diagnose a wide range of ENT conditions, including ear infections, sinusitis, allergies, voice disorders, hearing loss, balance problems, and facial skin lesions.
Interpret diagnostic tests such as audiometry, rhinoscopy, laryngoscopy, and imaging studies (X-rays, CT scans, MRIs).
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans, including medication, minimally invasive procedures, and surgical interventions.
Perform a variety of ENT surgeries with precision and skill, such as tonsillectomies, adenoidectomies, septoplasties, rhinoplasties (cosmetic or functional), sinus surgeries, ear surgeries (including tympanoplasty and mastoidectomy), and head and neck cancer surgeries (depending on the specific expertise).
Provide pre- and post-operative care to patients, ensuring optimal healing and recovery.
Collaborate effectively with other physicians, nurses, audiologists, speech therapists, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in ENT surgery and best practices.
Qualifications:
MS/DNB/Diploma in Otorhinolaryngology (ENT) from a recognized medical institution.
A valid Medical Council of India (MCI) registration.
Minimum 0 to 20 years of experience in a clinical setting performing ENT surgeries.
Strong surgical skills and experience with a broad range of ENT surgical procedures.
Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
