Job Description:
a well-established multispecialty hospital in Hyderabad, is seeking a qualified Pediatric Radiologist to join our growing team. Responsibilities:
Perform and interpret a wide range of imaging procedures for infants, children, and adolescents, including X-rays, ultrasounds, CT scans, and MRIs, with a focus on minimizing radiation exposure whenever possible.
Analyze complex pediatric imaging data to identify abnormalities and diagnose a variety of conditions, including congenital malformations, musculoskeletal disorders, tumors, and infectious diseases.
Prepare detailed and accurate reports for referring physicians, clearly communicating findings and recommendations for further evaluation or treatment.
Collaborate with pediatric physicians, surgeons, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans for children with various medical conditions.
Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in pediatric radiology technology, techniques, and best practices, particularly regarding radiation safety in children.
Participate in ongoing quality improvement initiatives within the radiology department.
Qualifications:
MD degree in Radiology with a fellowship in Pediatric Radiology from a recognized medical institution.
A valid National Medical Commission (NMC) registration.
Minimum 0 to 20 years of experience in a clinical setting interpreting pediatric imaging studies.
Strong understanding of pediatric anatomy and physiology.
Expertise in various pediatric imaging modalities and their applications.
Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with a diverse team of healthcare professionals and build rapport with children and their families.
