Job Description: A leading multispecialty hospital in Karimnagar, is seeking a qualified Surgical Gastroenterologist to join our esteemed team. Responsibilities: Conduct thorough evaluations to diagnose a wide range of digestive disorders, including gastrointestinal tumors, inflammatory bowel disease (IBD), gallbladder diseases, liver conditions, and pancreatic issues. Interpret diagnostic tests such as endoscopies, colonoscopies, MRIs, CT scans, and ultrasounds. Develop and implement comprehensive treatment plans, including minimally invasive laparoscopic surgeries, traditional open surgeries, endoscopic procedures, and non-surgical interventions. Perform a variety of surgical procedures with precision and skill to treat digestive disorders, such as gastrectomy, colectomy, hernia repair, liver resections, and bile duct surgeries (depending on the specific expertise). Provide pre- and post-operative care to ensure optimal patient outcomes, including education, pain management, and recovery support. Collaborate effectively with other physicians, nurses, dietitians, and other healthcare professionals to deliver comprehensive patient-centered care. Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in surgical gastroenterology techniques and best practices.

Qualifications: MCh or DNB degree in Surgical Gastroenterology from a recognized medical institution. A valid National Medical Commission (NMC) registration. Minimum 0 to 23 years of experience in a clinical setting performing surgical gastroenterology procedures . Strong surgical skills and experience with a broad range of laparoscopic and open surgical procedures in the gastrointestinal tract. Excellent clinical judgment and decision-making abilities. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
